How’s your week been? It’s been another crazy busy week around here, but I’m glad because it’s made the days fly by.

Every Wednesday night, we play trivia at Buffalo Wild Wings. We usually do pretty poorly, but with team names like this week’s, who cares if we don’t win?!

I had an appointment with a different doctor at the same OBGYN practice I went to a few months ago, and I am happy to report I like her a lot better than the previous one. I finally got my bloodwork results and everything looks good except my testosterone is high (which isn’t surprising — that’s pretty common with PCOS). The doctor was surprised to learn I wasn’t on thyroid meds because my levels were so GOOD. It was a good reminder of exactly why I follow a gluten-free diet. It makes the food limitations totally worth it.

After 3 days and over 45 gigs, I have transferred 20,000+ pictures from Dropbox to Amazon Prime. I’ve been paying $10 per month for extra storage on my Dropbox, but when I saw Amazon Primes has FREE unlimited photo storage, I knew I needed to move all my pictures. Now that I’ve done it, I’ve got to figure out what I can spend that $10 I’m saving each month on. 😉

I got to go with my nieces and nephew to a “Princess Party” and it was so much fun (even my nephew seemed to enjoy it)! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I have the absolute BEST nieces and nephew EVER! Jeff and I talk all the time that we will be lucky if our kids are half as amazing as they are.

Ordered a copy of this from Amazon and I can’t wait to dig into it! I just loved her on Boy Meets World and I think this is going to be a great read!
Last weekend, my family got together for what is probably the last family lunch for a long time.
Back in April, my dad got laid off from his job. Thankfully, he has found another job, but it’s outside of Chicago, so he’s moving up there next week.
Eventually, my mom will be going too, but they have to sell the house and she’s got some other things to tie up here, so my dad will be back here pretty frequently until that happens. But it will still definitely be different and since my sister lives about 6 hours away, family get-togethers will probably be few and far between.
I’ll be honest; I’m not sure I’ve fully processed or accepted that my family is no longer all going to be in the same city. It’s going to be a big change, but I know I’ll adjust. Eventually. Maybe. After a little bit of kicking, screaming, and crying…
On the bright side, now I have somewhere to stay for free near Chicago, so I can go visit it a lot! 😉
This top was so COMFORTABLE. Like I wanted to sleep in it comfortable. I just wasn’t loving the colors. It was a little bright for the colors I like right now. Plus it was a little snug and I was worried that one wash and it would be too tight.
Ezra Nawny Tiered Back Knit Top (Medium) | $48
When I first saw this shirt in the box, I wondered why I was being sent a top with three-quarter length sleeves in the middle of May. But once I tried it on, I just loved it. Though it’s a little warm for me to wear it right now, I know it will get a lot of use come fall, so I figured it was worth it to hold on to.
Kut From the Kloth Aviva Boyfriend Jean (Size 6) | $78
Boyfriend jeans are a hard fit for me, and these were no exception. I don’t know why, they just never sit right on me. And I didn’t care for the cropped leg either.
So I kept two items this time! My boxes get better and better! I actually received my June box this weekend and I can’t wait to share it with you!
Also, if you are interested in trying it, I would LOVE it if you used my referral link: https://www.stitchfix.com/referral/3401437. This is in no way a sponsored post — Stitchfix has no idea who I am other than a regular customer — but if you use my link I do get a $25 referral credit on my next Fix!
